Terms & Conditions
1. Tieyien Information Hub shall only cater for its subscribers both OUT and IN-PATIENT at its medical facilities.
2. A subscriber must be actively remitting their monthly subscriptions, including for the month of admission.
3. A subscriber must have been with Tieyien Information Hub for a period of at least 3 MONTHS for purposes of inpatient medical support - from the first date of remitting their first monthly subscription.
4. A subscriber must have been with Tieyien Information Hub for a period of at least 4 MONTHS for purposes of last expense support - from the first date of remitting their first monthly subscription.
5. A subscriber who is 70 years and above must have had thier subscription active for a period of at least 6 MONTHS for purposes of last expense support from the first date of remitting their first monthly subscription.
6. The beneficiaries for subscribers who are above 70 years MUST also be active subscribers of Tieyien Information Hub. Either separately or jointly.
7. A fully paid up subscriber shall have unlimited access to the medical facilities of Tieyien Information Hub affiliated medical facility.
8. Tieyien Information Hub subscribers shall only be treated whether inpatient or outpatient at its affiliated medical faccilty or facilities.
9. The default period for both medical and funeral expenses is 30Days – exclusive of the month of need.
10. In case of any default in Monthly subscription, the Grace Period for qualifications again for Tieyien Information Hub's services will restart afresh from the New Date of Monthly subscription for a Period of 3 Months for medical support, 4 Months for the Last Expense Support for Under 70 years, and 6 Months for the Last Expense Support for Over 70 years.
11. Any waivers shall be at the discretion of the management, and shall be communicated from time to time.
12. Tieyien Information Hub's medical support SHALL NOT be converted to cash or monetary equivalent. Tieyien Information Hub shall only provide unlimited medical support within the facilities available at its affiliated medical faccilty.
13. In cases where a subscriber is in another organization, offering similar or related services as Tieyien Information Hub, Tieyien Information Hub shall NOT duplicate the same services, or convert to monetary value or cash. Tieyien Information Hub shall only offer the additional services that the said organization is not offering.
14. Tieyien Information Hub shall attend to all QUALIFIED funeral claims reported 7 DAYS to the date of burial, on all reports falling below 7 DAYS – Tieyien Information Hub, will request the family to push the burial to a later date, to accommodate the 7 DAYS NOTICE to enable facilitatation of Tieyien Information Hub services and logistics.
15. Tieyien Information Hub will only provide the discreationary cash token of KES 25,000 in case of the loss of a spouse below 65years old, within 30 working days from the date of burial.
16. A subscriber must have been actively with Tieyien Information Hub, and fully paid up with regard to joining fee, annual subscription and monthly subscriptions, for at least 6 months, to qualify for any other welfare support intervention, not already described above within the medical and last expense support.
17. Any form of empowerment support request, including but not limited to a scholarship or a grant, shall be appraised purely on its merit.
18. The subscription is purely on individual basis for persons above the age of 18. Only children below the age of 18 shall benefit from the subscription of thier parents or guardians.
19. Where two subscribers share a death as outlined in clause 27 above, for example in the event of the death of a child where both parents are subscribers, there shall be no duplication for the same death.

*1. Health Care Support*
*Medical Support*
Provision of unlimited medical support, for subscribers, within the facilities of Tieyien Information Hub affiliated medical facility.
*Last Respect*
Decent last respect in the events of the passing on of subscribers and thier biological children who are below 18 years, which includes; transportation of body, clothing, 2 tents(100 seater each), 200 plastic chairs, 1 bull for food, mortuary bills paid for 14 days (2 weeks), an executive coffin, and a
KES 25,000 discreationary cash award to the spouse where the deceased is 65 years or younger.
2. *Economic Empowerment*
This shall be in the form of group loans, grants, business incubation, business tools & equipment, and marketing support, as well as corporate membership to saccos for easy access of fairly priced loans.
*3. Community Empowerment*
This shall be done at the request of the subscribers in those communities. It shall include but not limited to repair of water systems, access roads and bridges, school infrastructure, and homes of the old and the extremely poor.
*4. Education Support*
Pooling resources together to support subscribers' children who are in schools and colleges with bursaries and scholarships, support for educational institutions within subscribers' communities, as shall be requested from time to time by subscribers.
